A beautiful, teak, G Plan Fresco dining table and four chairs in excellent original condition.
The circular top slides open to allow the extension leaves to fold out. There are minor scratches and surface imperfections commensurate with age and experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to own a British made, mid-century classic designed by Victor Wilkins and manufactured by E Gomme of High Wycombe. The “G Plan” range was particularly famous being produced from the mid 1950’s to the late 1970’s. This delightful Fresco suite dates from the early 1970’s.
Please be aware that the table frame is constructed using mortice and tenons for strength and therefore cannot be dismantled like modern ‘knock-down’ tables; don’t forget to check your door widths and access before purchasing.
